We use submitted information to assess whether a broker introduction or other response makes sense, contact you about your request, communicate with participating professionals, protect against spam or misuse, and maintain business records. We do not use submissions to create public listings by default.

With your authorization, we may share relevant information with independent brokers to explore a prospective introduction. We also rely on service providers such as our website host and form processor, Netlify, to receive and manage messages. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect legal rights. Independent brokers are responsible for their own handling of information after receiving an introduction.

We seek to keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the inquiry, maintain ordinary business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
